TO PLACE AN ORDER

In order place your order we require the company name(s) and address(es) (of importer/distributor and/or manufacturer) that will appear on the label, a model number (if applicable), whether the product is domestic or imported, whether the product is intended to be used "with a foundation", "without a foundation", "with or without a foundation", or is a "foundation", and lastly, prototype ID number(s). 

Once you have placed an order with the required information, we will get back to you ASAP to confirm the order and form of payment. Once the order is confirmed and artwork is approved (if applicable) your order will go into production, and ship out within 7-10 business days via UPS or FedEx.
